Parker Jones, Attorney

Parker is the firm’s newest associate, and provides litigation support for the firm’s enforcement actions, permit challenges, and other work aimed at curbing pollution and protecting public health and the environment. Originally from Nashville, TN, Parker earned a B.S. in Environmental and Soil Science from the University of Tennessee and a J.D. with a certificate in environmental and natural resources law from the University of Oregon School of Law. While in law school, Parker worked for the Western Environmental Law Center and Cascadia Wildands as well as serving as Treasurer and Director of Land Air Water, the University’s Public Interest Environmental Law Society.

When not in the office, Parker enjoys kayaking the lakes and rivers of Oregon, mountain biking, and hiking in the forest. He is also a proud supporter of the Oregon Ducks and the Nashville Predators.

The firm, lead by Charlie Tebbutt’s years of experience, assists communities, organizations, tribes, unions and individuals across the United States in protecting themselves and their members from industrial pollution and chemical injury. Through litigation, negotiation, problem solving, and grassroots campaign building, the firm helps clients enforce our nation’s environmental laws and hold polluters and regulatory agencies accountable.
